Sage advocates against using the term "medical intuition," recognizing that diagnosing any medical condition without proper training is both unethical and illegal. Instead, she directs her focus towards uncovering the root cause behind medically diagnosed diseases or illnesses to facilitate healing. This approach entails not only shaping the healing protocol but also providing support for the client's inner journey towards overall wellness.
Every illness, whether physical, spiritual, or emotional, has an underlying energetic root cause. By tapping into and engaging in a dialogue with the imprinted information within the client's energetic field, we can uncover these root causes.
I consider it a privilege and a sacred duty to walk alongside my clients on this healing path, empowering them to actively participate in their own healing of body, mind, and spirit. It's not just about treating symptoms; it's about uncovering the truth and facilitating profound transformation from within.
Sage has been practicing energy medicine, mind/body balancing, emotional release techniques and nutritional support for over 22 years. She has worked at both Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven and St. Raphael’s, providing patients with Energy Healing Sessions and personal coaching. As a certified holistic health coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sage studied over 100 dietary theories, lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with the world’s top health and wellness experts. She completed a four-year energy medicine program at Connecticut Healing Institute and Harvard Medical School’s mind/body facilitation program. She is also a certified raw food educator (Raw Food Institute).

Many of my clients come to me after exhausting every avenue, feeling like healing is a distant dream. Through my intuitive gifts, compassionate guidance, and professional expertise, I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where healing can truly take root.
In each session, I connect with Spirit to uncover the underlying causes of your physical pain and challenges, seeking to address them at their core. Energy Healing Session integrating Crystal Stone Medicine
Crystal Healing is a practice that harnesses the energetic properties and innate medicine of stones and crystals to promote healing. These crystals have been utilized as powerful tools for energetic healing across various traditions for centuries. Through Crystal Healing, practitioners aim to clear the chakras, remove negative energy, balance emotions, and harmonize the client on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Each crystal emits a unique vibration frequency that defines its healing capabilities. During a session, crystals are strategically placed on or around the body based on their energy resonance and the client's specific needs.
Clients recline on a massage table while selected crystals are positioned on and around them, sometimes requiring them to hold certain crystals. Soft healing music plays in the background, harmonizing with the crystals' energy and the client's energy. After the crystals are removed, the client continues to rest for 15 minutes as the crystal energy integrates further.
Post-session, we recommend drinking plenty of water to aid detoxification. It's essential to be gentle with oneself to facilitate the integration of the energy.
